Amphisbaena

Physiology The Amphisbaena as two heads, one in front of bady (normal location) and one at the tip of the tail. With one head holding the other
in it's mouth, it can roll around in any direction in a hoop. This dragon is usually depicted as having a scaled body, feathered wings, and the feet of a
rooster. It's name means "One That Goes In Both Directions". Some are portrayed to have feet while others have none like a snake. The Amphisbaena is very
venomous.

History The Amphisbaena originates from Africa. Stories say that the female Amphisbaena, when, looking over her eggs, kept one head awake at all times.
Today, there is a lizard named after this creature of legend. This lizard has markings on it's tail resembling a face. When threatened, it will lift it's tail and
scatter back and forth to confuse the attacker.
