The scale color of a dragon is determined by the genes of the parent dragon. Usually, other dragons only mate with other dragons of the same
color, but mix-breeding has be known to happen. For example, if a green dragon would happen to mate with a gold dragon, the reult would most
likely be a bronze dragon. However, a dragon is never one shade of color, their scales are always made of many shades of the same color. The
color of a dragon is bright and shiny when it is healthy and the are dull and muted if it is ill.
