Naga

Physiology

The Naga is of the Pseudo-Dragon type. It has the body of a serpent and the head of a human man. This particular type of dragon has no wings.

History

The Naga originates from India; it can, however, be found in Burma as well. It is believed to work with the gods, being the patrons of water and clouds. They can even supposedly cause flooding and draught when angered. Some even classify them as the demi-gods of the sea because of their being adept magic users. The Naga is alos a morphling like the Eastern dragon; however, they are limited to the form of the human and the form of the serpent. These super-beings can be either good ro evil, depending on their mood and how they are approached. In Burma, the naga shares some characteristics with the common crocodile and the Western dragon. It is believed, in both Burma and India, that the nagas have their own society of kingdoms under the earth. Like the Eastern dragon, they have many different types amongst themselves. Some of them are the Divine Naga and the Heavenly Naga, amaong many others.
